Stage6 HPC tuning crankshaft, designed for 50cc motorcycles with Minarelli AM6 engines. Developed for tuned engine configurations, it is suitable for setups ranging from performance builds to high-end racing applications.

With a 44 mm stroke and 85 mm connecting rod, this crankshaft was developed for Stage6 Big Racing 86cc and Streetrace 86cc cylinders. Its metal construction and lightweight alloy balance weights are designed to provide precise balancing and stability at high engine speeds. The 14 mm-wide connecting rod (compared with the usual 12 mm) is built for strength and durability.

In addition to Stage6 86cc cylinders, it is compatible with other racing setups, including Top Performances 86cc ALU and Italkit 94cc kits.

For installation, we recommend fitting new crankshaft bearings and gaskets, and using Stage6 gear oil. The crankcase must be milled to provide clearance for the connecting rod; check the fit with a trial assembly before final installation.
