DR Evolution 70cc Cylinder Kit – Minarelli AC

The DR Evolution 70cc cylinder kit is a reliable and cost-effective upgrade for everyday use, offering increased displacement and improved performance compared to stock setups on air-cooled Minarelli engines.

Designed for durability and consistent operation, this cast iron cylinder features 6 transfer ports and is paired with a 2-ring piston, ensuring good longevity and stable compression over time. With proper break-in, the kit can reach a lifespan of up to around 20,000 km.

Performance-wise, outputs of approximately 7–10 hp are achievable depending on the setup. While it can run with the original exhaust, performance is significantly improved when paired with a suitable carburetor and exhaust system.
