Airsal T6 70cc Aluminum Racing Cylinder – Piaggio Typhoon / Stalker (Air-Cooled)

The Airsal T6 70cc is a high-performance aluminum racing cylinder from the renowned Spanish manufacturer Airsal. Designed for Piaggio Typhoon and Stalker scooters, this kit offers excellent value for riders seeking strong performance, durability, and reliability.

Performance

The T6 features a split (bridged) exhaust port and comes with a lightweight single-ring piston for improved throttle response. In our own endurance test, the cylinder easily handled a 400 km ride without issues — a testament to its durability. Note : The piston skirt edges are slightly sharp from the factory and should be smoothed with fine sandpaper before installation.

When paired with a 17.5mm or larger carburetor and a sport or racing exhaust, the Airsal T6 can deliver approximately 10–12 hp. As with all aluminum cylinders, make sure to check and adjust the squish clearance for optimal performance.
