Engineered from the proven Polini Sport platform and refined for maximum performance, the Polini Corsa 70cc is a premium cast iron cylinder kit purpose-built for Yamaha BW and Slider models with Minarelli vertical engines.

Specifications include a 47mm bore cast iron cylinder with 5 transfer ports and oval exhaust, 2-ring piston with 10mm pin, high-compression aluminum head, complete gasket set, and dual 0.36mm carbon reed plates compatible with original reed valves.

The Corsa delivers approximately 11 hp through extended port timing, enlarged port cross-sections, and elevated compression ratios. Cast iron construction ensures durability and consistent high-speed performance. 

With optimal tuning — 17.5mm+ carburetor, reinforced crankshaft, and racing exhaust—output reaches 10–11 hp reliably.
