Polini 360° Intake Manifold – CP – Piaggio

High-performance intake manifold designed for Polini CP carburetors, combining a solid aluminum base plate with a flexible Viton intake rubber for maximum durability and adaptability. Its 360° adjustable design allows you to rotate and position the carburetor freely, making installation easier even in tight engine compartments.

This intake manifold is suitable for a wide range of 2-stroke scooters (50cc–180cc) from Piaggio and Gilera, including models like Piaggio Typhoon, Piaggio Zip, Piaggio NRG, Gilera Runner, Gilera Stalker, Vespa LX, Vespa Primavera and Aprilia Mojito.

The intake rubber is simply inserted into the aluminum base, ensuring a tight and secure fit without requiring an additional gasket. The high-quality Viton material resists heat, fuel, and vibrations, making it ideal for both standard and tuned racing engines. Its design also improves vibration damping, contributing to better engine performance and smoother operation.
