Originally, the Stage6 VForce 3 was developed for 50cc engines. While installable on 125–180cc scooters, it lacked the capacity to handle the significantly higher airflow demands and stress imposed on reed petals by larger displacement. This frequently caused performance losses and premature petal wear within a few hundred kilometers.

To overcome these constraints, Stage6 and Moto Tassinari co-developed a reed valve purpose-built for modern 125–180cc scooters with premium carbon reed petals.

The V-Force 3i delivers enhanced airflow, sharper throttle response, increased engine output, and consistent performance under sustained load. Carbon construction ensures dependable operation across the full RPM spectrum, even under extreme stress.

Designed primarily for 125–180cc engines, this reed valve excels on high-performance 70–100cc racing configurations fitted with 25mm or larger carburetors. For standard Piaggio 50cc engines without tuning, the Stage6 V Force 3 Piaggio Zip is recommended instead.
